Our story
Shoreline Hospice Care is nurse and family-owned, ACHC accredited, and independent. We are not a national chain. The work happens in living rooms across Dallas–Fort Worth. We come to you.

We chose the name Shoreline because hospice is a threshold, the quiet place where this life meets what God has prepared beyond it, like the edge where land gives way to open water. As a Christian faith-based organization, we stand with patients and families at that shoreline, offering presence, peace, and the hope that Christ meets us there and leads every soul safely home.
Our founders spent years in intensive care units at large regional hospitals. They knew complex symptom management. They also knew how rarely a family got a quiet, competent presence after the ICU. Shoreline is that presence, at home.
A small team can return a call the same morning. We know the highways and the neighborhoods because we staff the day that way.

The people who started Shoreline still do this work. Clinical judgment sits close to the family.
We are not a national chain. When you call, you reach a North Texas team that already drives these streets.

National quality standards, independently reviewed. Concerns about care may be directed to ACHC at (855) 937-2242 or achc.org.
Eligible patients receive nursing, aides, medications, and equipment related to the terminal diagnosis, typically with little or no out-of-pocket cost.
A hospice nurse answers whenever symptoms change, day or night, including weekends and holidays.
When treatment can no longer cure a disease, we focus on comfort: pain, breath, and a quiet presence at home.
